The Step Drill Bit Set features high-speed, titanium nitride-coated steel that replaces 28 separate drill bits. Its two-fluted design enables fast and smooth cutting. When used with cold water injection during operation, the service life of the drill bit can be effectively extended. The recommended drilling speed is 250-2500 RPM.

For 1mm thickness materials, the drill bit can be operated by a hand drill, while for 2-3mm thicknesses, a bench drill is recommended. The drill must be kept cool during operation to prevent overheating and damage.

The step drill bit design allows for one-time processing of holes in various diameters, eliminating the need to replace the bit or reposition the hole. The specifications are as follows:
